In 2002 I designed a Lamborghini SUV. I was inspired by the Lamborghini LM002 that was built in
the late `80s. The LM002 was designed for military use. It was in the same competition as the HMMWV,
but the latter was accepted, leaving the LM002 for rich civilians. The owner of the LM002 did have
to be rich indeed. A V12 petrol engine was implanted in the vehicle, the same engine that propulsed
the Countach. The unique sized tyres were expensive too.
Based on this vehicle, my prototype kept the main aspects of the LM002. It is a heavy-duty, uncommon
and exclusive vehicle. Not something that would increase sales though...
